Each week, children take part in exciting games and activities that develop their agility, balance, coordination and confidence while learning fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching and teamwork.

Sessions are carefully planned to ensure every child can take part, regardless of ability or previous sporting experience.

Throughout the term, children will enjoy a variety of activities including obstacle courses, relay races, target games, ball skills, mini sports and team challenges in a positive, supportive environment led by experienced coaches.
