BoxFit Kids is a fun, energetic, non-contact boxing fitness class designed to improve children’s fitness, confidence, coordination and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Children will enjoy boxing-inspired games, pad work, footwork and fitness challenges—no sparring or physical contact.
